The villa is fully air conditioned and has a television with satellite subscription, vcr, dvd player and a hi-fi  (there are also external speakers so that you can listen to the music on the lanai when you are having those balmy evening BBQ's!) We also offer free wi-fi, so you can keep in touch with the world if you have a computer.

It has been furnished with care and to a very high standard - and all of the fixtures and fittings are first class.

 

 

 

The pool is solar heated ( not needed for most of the year!) and the deck has a table and seating for six, plus 4 luxury sun loungers. The deck area is oversized, offering plenty of space for sunbathing - this is important as similar sized villas are built on smaller lots and the deck area can be cramped - no problem with our villla though! There is also an electric BBQ and many pool toys.

There are a selection of dvd's, many books to browse and a numbe of games, including a Wigan edition of Monopoly!

 

 

 

 

The kitchen has everything you would expect, including oven/hob, built in microwave,dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker and all the pots, pans, glasses and utensils you will ever need.

 

 

The utility room has a washing machine and separate dryer, ironing board and iron.

 

All bed linens are provided as well as bath and beach towels.

In the garage you will find a range of beach equipment as well as 3 bikes and tennis equipment.
